We support the following Incoterms (ICC 2020) to give you flexibility in how your shipment is managed and costed:
FOB (Free on Board)
Goods delivered to Karachi port. Buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance. Most common for our clients.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
We arrange shipping and insurance to your destination port. Risk transfers once goods are on board.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Full door-to-door delivery including customs clearance and import duties. Maximum convenience for buyers.
EXW (Ex Works)
Goods available at the factory gate. Buyer handles all transport, export clearance, and shipping.
Transit times below are estimates for sea freight from Karachi port. Air freight is available for urgent shipments at additional cost.

All shipments originate from Port Qasim or Karachi Port Trust (KPT), Pakistan's two major international shipping ports, both located in Karachi, Sindh.
Shipping partners: We work with major international carriers including Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, and Evergreen. Carrier selection is based on your destination, transit time requirements, and cost preferences.
Air freight: For urgent or sample shipments, we can arrange air freight through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or direct airline cargo services from Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
Standard export packaging is included in all orders. Custom packaging is available on request.
- Apparel: Individual polybags, packed in master cartons with silica gel packs
- Home textiles: Folded with cardboard inserts, shrink-wrapped, packed in cartons
- Towels: Banded sets, individually wrapped or bulk-packed in cartons
All cartons are marked with buyer's shipping marks, PO numbers, and contents. We can accommodate custom retail packaging, hang tags, and branded tissue paper.
We prepare and provide all export documentation required for customs clearance at both origin and destination:
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (Form A / GSP)
- Quality inspection certificates
- OEKO-TEX or other compliance certificates (where applicable)
- Fumigation certificate (for wooden pallets)
For DDP shipments, we coordinate with destination customs brokers to handle import clearance and duty payment on your behalf.
Marine cargo insurance is included with CIF and DDP shipments. For FOB and EXW terms, we recommend buyers arrange their own cargo insurance.
Our insurance covers loss or damage during transit, including loading, sea/air transport, and unloading. Coverage is typically 110% of the invoice value as per Institute Cargo Clauses (A) — the broadest standard coverage.
Claims are processed through our insurance partner and we assist with all documentation required for filing.
