How long does production take?

Production timelines depend on the product type and quantity. Typically: Apparel (15-35 days), Home Textiles (20-40 days), Towels (25-45 days). Rush orders are available with additional fees.

Do you provide samples before production?

Yes, we provide samples for all products. Sample development takes 5-14 days depending on the product complexity. Sample costs are typically deducted from your final order.

What quality standards do you follow?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. All transactions are in USD.

Can I visit the factories?

Yes, we welcome factory visits. We can arrange guided tours of our partner manufacturing facilities in Lahore and other cities in Punjab, Pakistan. Contact us to schedule a visit and we'll coordinate logistics including local transportation.

What fabrics and materials are available?

We source a wide range of fabrics including cotton (combed, organic, BCI), polyester, blends, jersey, fleece, French terry, poplin, twill, denim, and satin. How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote through our online form by providing your product requirements, quantities, and timeline. Our team typically responds within 24-48 hours with a detailed quotation including unit pricing, lead times, and shipping estimates.

What is your return or replacement policy?

If goods do not meet the agreed specifications, we offer replacements or credits on your next order. Quality disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos or inspection reports. We work with AQL 2.5 (major defects) and AQL 4.0 (minor defects) standards.

What Incoterms do you offer?
